With the original plan to add a guest house in the backyard not being feasible because of the floodplain, we had to get creative to give this growing family what they needed: more space. A new 520 sq foot second floor addition above the garage creates an office/flex space and a dedicated guest bedroom with a bathroom accessible to both. A simple solution that will impact the family greatly for years to come.
